On September 1, 2023, begun the transition process to the Digital Motor Vehicle Tag. If you are eligible for tag renewal, Popular Auto will take care of the process for you. When the renewal date approaches, you will receive a notification by email or direct mail, 30 days before its expiration notifying you of the requirements and documents with which you must comply. To complete the renewal process, you will need to email them to the following Popular Auto address: marbetes.auto@popular.com.

    Navigating is very easy. You will be able to see the services for which appointments are offered. Once you select the service, additional services within that category will be presented. By selecting them, you will be able to see the required documents and related information. At the bottom, you can press the calendar to schedule an appointment.

    Select the service you are interested in, then you will be able to see one or more related sub-services and proceed to select the one that interests you. After reading the information about the requirements, you can press the calendar to schedule the appointment.

    Yes, you can select the office of your choice, as long as it offers the appointment services you desire.
  • question_answerIs the appointment time-based or first-come, first-served?
    Every effort will be made to attend to you as close as possible to your appointment time. First-come, first-served does not apply.

    Yes, to cancel your appointment, you must click the CANCEL APPOINTMENT link at the top of the page. Enter your email address and appointment number to proceed with confirming the cancellation.
